My passenger back wheel locks up. My husband bled the ABS system and he put on new brakes and wheel cylinder. What do I do?

The brakes get lock up when you use the brakes. The abs liight will be off and when you drive down the road it comes back on. When you brake it sometimes it will shake the car. What would like to know what might be wrong with it.

It may be either a defective ABS sensor or possibly a brake caliper sticking. Those are my best guesses. The ABS system may also be flawed. You can take your chances throwing money at it or let a dealer check it out.
