My wipers won't turn off. I turn the car off then back on and they are still going. There is no relay or fuse to change.

My wipers won't turn off. I have changed the wiper switch still the same problem.

There is a switch mounted internally in you wiper motor which stops the motor when you turn wipers off by the wiper speed switch. It's probably stuck on you can try wacking it or you may try disassembling it if it is not a sealed unit. In the worst case go to your local salvage yard and get a used one as this is a part that usually never dies.
