    Commercially speaking, a 23 year old vehicle with 150K miles really has no value other than perhaps $1,000 as basic transportation no matter how cherry it is. However, the 4 Runner has a semi cult status so you may be able to find a collector or off road guy that is willing to pay more. I would try low cost options to test the market on Craig's List and eBay for example.
