The Neutral Safety Switch on your truck is located on the end of the steering column just before the fire wall.
If the vehicle won't start it's not the neutral safety switch. The switch only prevents the vehicle from starting in any gear other than park or neutral. If the fuel delivery is good, start looking elsewhere like the coil or the distributor.
