I would see if you could disconnect the alarm and then find out if the battery is still getting drained. It doesn't seem like they're going to help you out so far. You might try again to see if they'll work with you to find out why the battery is draining, I figure they won't. If anything, you could have them uninstall the alarm completely.

Might even lookup a more trustworthy alarm shop in town and have them sort it out. It'll cost you, but hopefully they'll get things working properly.

If you have a drain on the battery it will be dead in the morning. To check if the altinator is good try disconnecting the battery positive cable while the car is running (if you get it started). If it stays running with no headlights or a/c on then the altinator is working. Now to check for a drain you need to diconnect the negative (hook the positive back up) battery cable engine, off key off. hook up a test light to the negative cable and touch the negative battery post. If the light comes on then you have drain in the system. Now some system like the clock will cause a slight glow in the test light. Open the door and see if the light becomes brighter? Turn on the head lights and check the brightness of the light, these are normal. If the light is bright all the time, then remove one fuse at a time in till the light go's off. this will tell you what circut is crossed up. then you can see if your radio, car phone, or something like the alarm is installed wrong or if there was a internal failure. It does happen a lot here in Arizona because of the heat during the summer.
