Status: Open

Oct '06 first owner registered as personal vehicle. Then sold as a fleet vehicle?

Oct 2006 ,Title issued, first owner reported, registered as personal
vehicle,loan or lien reported.

2008.10, sold at auction, listed as a fleet vehicle.

What does this mean, can anyone kindly explain? Is it a personal or fleet vehicle since 2006:
