Status: Closed

Oldsmobile Intrique 98, got jumping going up hill or flat. Changed spark plugs and wires, rpms stay normal.

has a problem with jumping as if it is going to quit. I've changed spark plugs and wires. The rpms stay normal

In Maintenance & Repair > Engine > Stalling
In Makes & Models > Oldsmobile > Intrigue

does this problem occur at any speed? sounds like a possible transmission/differential problem to me depending on the severity of the problem, is it making noise or just does it seem like it might be something cycling ie: Torque converter clutch cycling? just a thought you may wanna post a little more info as to the symptoms
