    I don't know if it's the same on the SV6,but I changed the plugs on my 01 Montana 3.4 couple of months ago. you need to get under the vehicle and reach in up behind the engine. It's difficult but doable as there is barely enough room to work. When I went to pull the wire off the #3 plug (last on right) it wouldn't budge, and after a lot of wiggling and a few choice words it popped off... minus the metal clip which was still attached to the plug. Now I had to change wires as well.
