    Have you checked all your blinkers? Usually when one bulb has burned out, the other side will blink faster.

    Could be the ground is weak. Check wiring. Which means wiggle or jiggle (if you prefer) the harness leading to the slow bulb. The object is to trace the the light fixture to ground and then clean contacts. WD 40 is an option.

    Blinking fast is usually a bulb gone bad.

    I replaced the lens on both front and back parking lights /turnbulbs. Now its flashing fast.
    I probably broke a bulb when banging the lens loose from the fender. Darn.
