Certainly could be a switch, but it sounds like you need a mechanic you trust. A leak this big should be easy for them to identify. Fix this soon, if it gets much worse you could lose your power, maybe burn out the pump.
I've never seen a Power Steering Pressure Switch on a 90 Honda Accord. In any case your problem sounds more like fluid being lost through a break in the system. You haven't seen any fluid on the ground, because the system is a closed system.
