Rear hatch does not open with electronic key fob. 2006 Chevy Equinox

2006 Chevy Equinox LT1, 52k miles. For about a month, my driver door has not always responded to key fob. Can hear actuator, but door does not always fully lock or unlock. Other three doors unlock all the time, but driver door about 50% - locking same issue.
Last week, new issue. Rear hatch stopped unlocking. Can not open rear hatch door. Can not hear any actuator or other noise from rear hatch door when lock or unlock on key fob pressed. Does not seem to be separate fuse or relay for rear hatch. Have resynchonized key per owners manual - no change.
Please help, how do I open rear hatch.

On the driver door, you need to replace the actuator as it is worn or misaligned. It sits just below the lock behind the door panel. As to the rear hatch, there is an emergency hatch release installed in the rear cargo area under the carpeting and an access cover. Owners manual should have detailed instructions on its use. It is there in case of battery falure to open hatch. Once open, you need to check the actuator there as well. One final thought: please do check the power window relay in the under dash fuse box. This may be what is causing you all these headaches! It just pulls out and plugs in. Good luck!
