Rear window defogger and power receptacles (cigarette lighters) do not work. Wire is attached to rear window. Chrysler Sebring.

Rear window defogger and power receptacles (cigarette lighters) do not work. Wire is attached to rear window. I suspect fuse or relay. Any ideas which one?
