Removing faceplate on CD/Radio. Ford F-350 SD.
I have a cd stuck in the 6 cd player. I need to know how to remove the faceplate. There are two slots on each side. Something must go in and turn but I don't know what. The hole slots are very small.

one quick idea is to go over to your local stereo shop and see if they can loan the tool or a hand to remove your stuck cd as they deal with removing factory radios all the time. good luck

Some Fords have holes in the sides that you just stick a skinny tool in until you hear a click. You can buy the tools from places like this:Ford DIN Radio RemovalYou may be able to do one side at a time with some big paperclips. There's some tricks to removing CDs that don't require the removal of the faceplace you may want to try:How to Remove a Stuck CD
