Only way to track it down is to get under the vehicle or put it up on a lift and inspect it for a damaged coolant hose or line. Check all around the bottom of the radiator in particular.

Don't delay checking this out. Get under there with a flashlight and look for damage and leaks. Do this yourself first. Then, make sure your fluid levels are full (or overfull - you can go over the cold "full" line on your plastic coolant overflow tank) and take it to a mechanic if you are unable to fix it yourself and if its safe to drive. Have the system pressure tested.

If you have a transmission cooler on this vehicle, inspect that smaller radiator as well.
