Glad i could help,,you have to realize when they put your car or most any car together at the factory,,one of the first things they install on the body is the wiring harness,,Then they install everything else,,which means you have to remove everything else just to get to the wiring harness and connectors that the first installed,,,
By the way,,since you said your handy fixing stuff,,maybe its time to get a shop manual for your car and start teaching yourself how to fix your ride,,,not only will you know your car better,but it will save you a whole lotta money getting it fixed down the road.
