The sercurity system on my 99 Acura CL goes off when the car is locked with the FOB or the key for no good reason.

The siren goes off, but will re-set with the FOB. But when the car is re-locked, it happens again in 5 - 10 mins. If the car is left unlocked it's ok. I pulled the fuse for the security system but then the car will not start. I bought this car about 6 mos. ago and have not had any problems like this.

Sound like it's the door trigger wire getting feedback after the alarm is activated. Unless you know the wiring for the alarm or have the manaul you probably wont be able to do it your self. If i was dong the install i would've tapped into the door trigger wire at the factory security box under the passanger side front seat. It's a BLACK/WHITE wire. Do you know what system is on there.
