diver9	Timing belt/chain replacement on a 2006 Toyota Corolla. How often do you replace the timing belt/chain on a Corolla LE 2006-2008? Automatic transmission. If it breaks does it trash the engine?

The 2006 Corolla 1.8 liter engine has a timing chain, not a belt. The expected life of this chain is 150,000 miles or more. If the chain breaks; it will not trash the engine.
