Short of a recover at an upholstry shop, there are a lot of pretty good seat covers for bench style seats on pick up trucks. This will look good and cost very little, while protecting what is left of the vinyl seats and the foam. This site seems to have quite a few: http://www.seatcovers.net/

Thanks karjunkie. That's a good selection. Since its only the bottom, I may check with an upholstery shop if I can find one in this rural area, to redo the bottom only.

You're welcome! Funny, the best upholstery places I found for my autos were always precisely in rural areas! Those are the guys that have been doing it for years and know their stuff.
