You can also get this list by clicking the New Cars tab and then choose a segment (like Sedans) and then a price range or "All Sedans". On the left of the resulting page you can select to only show those with manual transmission, AWD, etc.

The Scion is another option. I just saw one tonight with manual transmission in the larger size (sorry I don't know the model name or number).

Just a note: Just because the vehicle is available with AWD and a manual, it could be difficult to find such a vehicle. There seems to be fewer people every day who can drive a manual transmission!
