What all can cause a "Death Wobble" when running big tires with a big lift kit?

I have a 2004 Ford F350. I run 44" Bogger tires that are worn pretty low. 12 " suspension lift. I just had the upper and lower balljoints replaced with after market. I have dual stabilizers. I still have some wobble at about 30mph. Would new tires help?

Check the front wheel bearings, have the tires balanced and check all of the tie rod and drag link ends to make sure none of them are loose.

Also, worn 44" tires can go way out of balance real easy and a broken belt can even cause those symptoms.

Try this though. Put a set of smaller tires on and see how they run.
If the other set doesn't have the problem, you narrowed it to either wheel bearings or the tires.

sure, if the tire wear is uneven. Also if this happened right after the balljoints were done, I'd double check the wheel alignment, which they were supposed to do after balljoint replacement. Negative caster could also be a factor in shimmy. There's a lot of weight in those tires so any irregularities are going to show up.
