What is the difference between a 2008 Hyundai Elantra GLS PZEV and a 2008 Hyundai Elantra GLS?

I'm shopping for a 2008 model and see these terms.

In Buying & Selling > Car Comparisons
In Makes & Models > Hyundai > Elantra

PZEV stands for "Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle".

"A Partial Zero Emissions Vehicle is a vehicle that has
zero evaporative emissions from its fuel system, has a 15 year (or at least
150,000 mile) warranty and meets SULEV tailpipe emission standards. [1]" -

I am shopping for the same and had the same question...good

I would appreciate anyone's input on if a PZEV
works/functions differently than a non-PZEV, e.g. benefits or drawbacks.
