    1. Look for a blown fuse.

    2. Possibly a master cylinder issue. Unplug the wires at the master cylinder switch and see if the lights are out.

    3. The ABS sensor atop the rear axle can be an issue. Some people have had success by carefully removing it and cleaning it a bit. Mine went bad a few years ago and I had to replace it. A little pricey for such an insignificant item, but is not hard to replace. At the time, it only was available at the Dodge dealer.
