Price is normally the first priority. I receive points thru my local grocery store which also sells fuel, giving me a $.10 reduction per gallon on a minimum $100 purchase in a single month. I will purchase from their pumps if the price is less than other stations, which occurs most of the time, but not always. Yesterday I noticed that two stations near an interstate ramp where having a price war and they were selling regular grade(87) for $2.13/gal. Unfortunately I had just filled up my tank 30 minutes earlier at another station for $2.29.
