The Exhaust Back Pressure Control Valve Module is located in the front part of the Engine Compartment. It is just ahead of the Fuel Filter assembly, and behind the belt tensioner. It is powered by a three plug connecting wires harness. It is a device used to sense exhaust pressure changes and control vacuum to the EGR valve in response to these changes as part of the emissions control system. I'm not sure what the rest of your question is. You'll have to be more specific.
