GMC Acadia with the 3.6L and 6 speed auto rated at 16/24
I don't know about some of the other models but I just saw an article about the 2009 Chrysler Aspen and Durango HEMI Hybrid. It can tow 6,000 lbs and gets 20 mpg.
Also the Tahoe hybrid (around 22 mpg city/hwy), and the Mercedes GL320 or ML320 diesels (about 20/24 city/hwy) can tow 4000+ lbs.
