What have people paid in Tennessee or Georgia for Lexus ES 350?

Looking to buy a Lexus ES 350 in Knoxville, TN but willing to travel to get it. Any recent experience in Tn or GA with buying a ES 350? What are people paying over/under invoice? When does summer clearance start?
