Where can I find the replacement spec limits for the pads and rotors on 99 Ford ZX2?

I am planning to flush the brake fluid, and wondering if at the same time I should spend the extra cash replacing pads and maybe rotors. The car has 80K on the original brakes, but the squeak indicators haven't made any noise yet.

a parts supply store that turns rotors will give you the spec on the minimum diameter for you rotors, yes, change the pads. I have never had luck with having the rotors turned, usually get runout in one or both, if they are not grooved use the old rotors, if they are, replace them, they are not very expensive
