Where is the cigarette lighter fuse for a 2005 Jeep Liberty?

I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty and all of a sudden I am not able to charge my cell phone or plug in my GPS. The lighter just stopped working. I'm hoping it is just a fuse. I don't have the owners manual. (bought used and I never got one.)I located one fuse box and checked all the fuses and even replaced a few (my rear windshield wiper finally works now :)!)still no lighter. Is there another fuse box? The one I found is located on the drivers side dash, you can only see it when door is open.

Please help! Lost without my GPS.
