Where is the cigarette lighter fuse located in a 98 VW Jetta?

My cigarette lighter socket doesn't work, and i cannot locate the fuse to check if it is blown.

In Makes & Models > Volkswagen > Jetta
In Maintenance & Repair > Electrical > Fuse
