This is a standard inline fuel filter, just like vehicles used to use. Here is a link to a photo of this filter; http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo... It is on the fuel line between the fuel tank and the engine. If you don't see it in the engine compartment, look along the fuel line underneath the truck. The location may be shown in your owners manual.
The fuel filter is a lifetime filter located in the tank. I know this because I myself tried to change it and after look under my truck eventually getting on the internet to find out that information I'm telling you now.
