Where are the fuses for the lighter and dome light in a 98 Toyota Camry LE?

1998 Toyota 4-door Camry-LE.
inside fuses?
Cigarette lighter and dome light both out

In Maintenance & Repair > Electrical > Fuse
In Makes & Models > Toyota > Camry

Edit Answer (for another -44 minute)

Check the fuses located in the fuse panel under the cover on the left lower part of the dash. These include the dome fuse and the cigarette lighter fuses.
