Where is the oil filter on my 2006 Chevy Malibu. 4 cylinder 2.2 L.

Is the oil filter in a door or something?

In Maintenance & Repair > Oil
In Makes & Models > Chevrolet > Malibu

the haynes manual shows it towards the passenger side looking straight down in front of the engine close to the starter.
