The fuel filter is inline about mid truck on the drivers side approx near drivers door area.

It is mounted on the fuel tank near the bottom of the tank on the driver rear wheel side, behind a little black plastic cover door. just unsnap the little cover door, ( it's a little hard to get off ) and you will see the fuel filter.
