IMO...the best ones to purchase are the ones from the manufacturers...
I.E....Lexus..purchase one from Lexus..
Gm purchase the Gmpp warranty
Ford,purchase the esp warranty
ETC...you get the point...
They all have great extended warranties...dealt with them all..including Lexus..
They offer different plans/deductibles....and are definitely the way to go.
This way ,you can go to the dealer for repairs and they will for sure honor your warranty.
Some warranties are not accepted everywhere..meaning,the repair facility can call in the claim,get it authorized,but you would have to pay for the repairs and seek reimbursement from the warranty co...seen this too many times....what a pain this can be.
Most warranty companies pay the repair facility by credit card over the phone now and it speeds up the shop getting paid,so the shops are more apt to accept different warranties now that in the past.
Manufacturer warranties ,the dealer ,if its theirs ,can just submit for payment over the computer....
There were a few aftermarket warranty companies that i liked...
But i'd prefer to stay with the manufacturer one...even if it costs a little more...
