From a post at the villagerquest group on Yahoo, it sounds like you have a cylinder #5 misfire. It sounds like you've done the plugs, wires, and distributor cap so I'd look at the injector.
the problem was a bad fuel injector. thanks for the answer to this problem, i saved alot of money if i was to have had to take it to a shop..
I had three of those go bad on my '99 Quest a few years back. Not cheap, but what auto repair is these days?
