Why is my car misfiring? 1996 Ford Taurus has new injectors, new timing chain.
i had to rebuild the top end new head gaskets new timing chain and gears new plugs and new o2 sensor all 4 of them and i set the timing mark right.

Did you remove the synchronizer for the camshaft position sensor? If so, you need to reinstall it according to the shop manual at 75 degrees from the engine centerline. If you failed to do so you will get a misfire.
