Why is Lexus trade-in value so low with the retail so high compared to any other car in San Francisco?
Looking at the acual cash value and the private/dealer retail selling price is thousands off. Is this normal? Should I wait for the retail to come down closer to ACV or just move on to a Toyota or Honda? They're so boring!!!

Do you mean that a dealer appraised it for thousands less than Blue Book? If so - it is normal in California. Land Rover could go as much as $15,000 below Blue Book, other luxury cars are close behind.
