    If the battery and the starter are good, the only thing it can be is the ignition switch. Use a voltmeter to check for 12V going to the starter from the ignition wire when turning the ignition key to the start position.

    Have you checked your ignition swith. And if the ignition switch proves to be good then this. I had that problem in an 85 Chevy Van. Found my engine was frozen. I'd like you to take a breaker bar, and the appropiate size socket. Then put the trans in neutral. Now connect the breaker bar to the crankshaft pulley bolt and try turning the engine by hand. Let me know the outcome and the problem if you find it.
