  Edit Answer (for another -43 minute) If the battery and the starter are good, the only thing it can be is the ignition switch. Use a voltmeter to check for 12V going to the starter from the ignition wire when turning the ignition key to the start position. (0)(0) Report It

  Edit Answer (for another -15 minute) Have you checked your ignition swith. And if the ignition switch proves to be good then this. I had that problem in an 85 Chevy Van. Found my engine was frozen. I'd like you to take a breaker bar, and the appropiate size socket. Then put the trans in neutral. Now connect the breaker bar to the crankshaft pulley bolt and try turning the engine by hand.
