Would I have to do anything to the motor if I added a supercharger?

Could you recommend how much boost and type of supercharger me?
I want it as a daily driver just a little more peppy.
Would i need to upgrade anything in the motor?

Not an easy question since it would matter which enginen you are supercharging. Some respond better than others, some can take it, some can't.

It's always best to consult with the manufacturer of the supercharger. This is not the type of thing where you want to accept casual advice from someone who may or may not know what they are talking about. The manufacturer of the SC could definitely tell you how boost levels may or may not require other modifications.

Supercharging is not just a bolt-on and drive it kind of operation. Yes, you can DO that but you probably won't get the best results unless you PLAN the entire process. You need to decide how much power you want and how you plan to get it. Are you going to change injectors? Throttle body? Exhaust system? Fuel pump? Fuel Management Devices?

Here's an interesting site about SUPERCHARGERS

I recommend you do lots of reading and ask lots of questions before you jump in.
