    without having a fuse diagram, i would remove each fuse one by one and check them with a powered test light or with a continuity meter.

    Its possible that you blew the fuse that protects that circuit because the stereo and amp have too high of a draw and you may need to wire it straight to the battery with an inline fuse, in other words, provide a dedicated circuit for the stereo / amp combination.
