have 63 223 f100 both timing marks face each other but put balancer on does not line up with mark on cover help

both timing marks on gears face each other put cover on then balancer mark on balancer does not line up with cover does that mater want to make sure this is right so i can start this truck please help thanks

In Maintenance & Repair > Engine > Engine oil

You could be 180 degrees out on the camshaft. You might pop the cover, rotate the cam gear one more time around, re-align the marks and see how that all works for you.
