    Can you tell us if you know for certain that both the inlet hose AND outlet hose to the heater core are hot to the touch when the engine is warmed up?


    If you have hot coolant coming into and going out of, the heater core, then you must have a blending door problem. If it's hot going in but cold coming out, then you might have a heater valve problem or the electronics that control it.

    Also, even though it's pretty obvious, you must check that you have the proper coolant level to start with, and don't have air pockets in the cooling system (which sometimes occurs during a coolant change).
