    It's a little hard to explain without a picture, but there are two wheels on the back of the headlight assembly. They may or may not be covered with a white or black plastic cap. One of the wheels should be visible when you look behind it, but the other is covered by the fender panel. Above those wheels there should be little tunnels made into the housing. You adjust the headlamp by sticking a medium phillips head screw driver down the tunnel into the wheel and then turn. Kind of a pain but once you get the hang of it not too bad.
