i got in an accident to the front right side of my SAAB. its all fixed, why would my exceleration work poorly now?

my accident was to the front end, but only the rightside corner. i got it all fixed up. Now my exceleration makes a wierd sound but only when im driving not when im in park. Also its hard my my car to go up hills now, i have to really push it. what could be the problem?

Was the front right wheel or suspension damaged as well?

It might be your turbo...I was comming back from my summer holidays driving my old 1997 900 and when it was time to pass or go up a hill,well I had no power at all...My saab doctor took a look and the problem was situated were two pieces of the turbo are attached to each other with a simple clip made of something that seems to be copper but is certainelly not(harder).Have a look,if that's not it...Well,it might cost you a turbo...Good luck hope this helps!
