Is there supposed to be some type of bolt circle ring washer on a 1999 Ford Ff-150 flywheel or just bolts and flywheel?

Flywheel cracked twice on Ford F-150 4.6 ltr. Thanks for torque sequence. Is there suppose to be some type of bolt circle ring washer between bolts and flywheel?

Didn't see anything like that in the diagram, no. You'd need a Ford dealer's exploded parts view on microfiche or CD to know for sure or a Ford factory repair manual. A flywheel is a pretty formidable piece of steel. I don't see how a ring washer is going to make any difference even if there was one.
