    LOwer ball joint is most likely the fault especially if factori one still on there see if it has agrease fitting if it does grease it and niose shjoulld go away. Factory ball joints haVE NO FITTINGS ON THEM sCANMAN

    As the above answer suggests, this *may* be the ball-joint.

    If your Dak has a front anti-sway bar... the points where they attach to the frame are known to get 'squeeky'. These are just rubber rubbing on the metal and not too dificult to 'lube' with some rubber-safe grease.

    In any case, the best way to determine the source of the sqeek is to lift the front wheel and check things out.

    A loose ball-joint can become a serious problem if it snapps off.
    A squeeky anti-sway bar is annoying, but never a safety concern.
