    I bet it's an inner fender linking scraping against a wheel or perhaps it was pushed in far enough to touch a pulley or belt.

    If you can hear it at idle with the hood up, then it's pulley or belt related interference.

    If you can only hear it when you're on the road, it's probably a fender liner or other part interefering with the tire.

    You might need to get 'er on a lift to figure this out but doesn't sound too serious.
