My Ford Taurus had no water or antifreeze in it and was smoking. When I let it cool off and put water in, it's running out engine.

my car had no water or antifreeze in it and was smoking when i let it cool off and put waterin its running out of a hole on the side of the engine when i put it in

It sounds like one of you engines "freeze plugs " has rusted through,,,im guessing that if one of your freeze plugs has failed,,then all the rest of them will fail soon

The primary reasons freeze plugs fail is due to corrosion,,now is the best time to replace all of the freeze plugs.
