radiator had leak,so put in bars leak and wrong antifreeze,now ovrheats.Should i flush and renew proper antifreeze

for golf 111 hatchback

If you flush, the radiator might leak again and you're back to square one. You should see if this radiator is clogged up first of all, and also check your thermostat to see if it's working properly. Sounds like you need a new radiator and thermostat to do this job right.

no way, drain it, flush it, then take the radiator to a radiator shop and have them rod it out. they will also fix any leaks in it. (the cheapest best way to go.) new thermostat. done.

no way, drain it, flush it(so the water jackets are cleaned before putting a clean radiator and thermostat), then take the radiator to a radiator shop and have them rod it out. they will also fix any leaks in it. (the cheapest best way to go.)
