    PREFERRED METHOD:

    First pass all bolts in sequence 22 FOOT lbs.

    long bolt final pass in sequence 75 degrees

    medium bolt final pass in sequence 65 degrees

    short bolt final pass in sequence 55 degrees

    ALTERNATE METHOD

    (less preferred)

    First pass in sequence 26 FOOT lbs
    Second --44 FOOT lbs.
    Third --66 FOOT lbs.

    Intake manifold

    "sequence" not defined--safest way is from the center and move outward

    first pass in sequence, 27 INCH lbs.
    second pass in seq. 106 INCH lbs
    final pass in seq. 11 FOOT lbs

    Upper intake manifold stud first pass 44 INCH lbs
    Final pass 89 INCH lbs.
